came to LiFest 2005; it was incredible. He was always in great spirits
and stayed on the grounds until absolutely every soul who wanted
to sing got his or her chance. The funtest contest was great and
I can't recommend enough. Thank you and God Bless" |

"My daughter
and I Alexis sing at least once every time Darnell and Kathy come
to The Upper Room. It is our special time together and soooo many
people have been blessed by the song. It is by Rebecca St. James
and is called, "Wait For Me" and as we all know it is
a purity song of Rebecca singing out to everyone. Her testimony
and what God has given her a heart for!!! Praise God!! Anyhow, Alexis
really sings her heart out in this song as she tells people-I'm
singing this to my daddy "I'm waiting for my daddy to see me,
he hasn't seen me in 3 years." Well, after 3 years of Waiting
and Praying-Dave (her daddy) just spent their first weekend together
after all that! So, I praise and thank God for this ministry and
all that Darnell and Kathy and they children have to offer!!! Please
join with us in praying for them continually-they are such a Blessing
to Mary and all of us at The Upper Room!! WE love them and their
ministry and we pray for their protection, safety, and ! Blessing!!!

“An enjoyable
evening, that’s also fun and inspiring. Christian karaoke
with Darnell and Kathy was a well-organized event. I chose to sit
back and listen to those who chose to get up on stage and sing.
Occasionally the audience, which consisted of all ages would join
in with clapping and singing. To end my night in this way was worth
the drive and I look forward to the next one.” |
